1. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing asianfoods73@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy products, etc.).

  • Items bought on sale or with promotional discounts.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at asianfoods73@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds/Shipping will be processed for the total of goods + service charge + shipping + VAT (22%), where applicable.
